Clearer vision
An excellent dietary supplement for health and wellness. On friends’ advice, I have been using Solgar products for a long time—Omega 3 is undoubtedly the best! There’s no unpleasant fish smell, and they’re easy to swallow. The effect is fantastic! It strengthens the immune system, improves hair and skin quality, and most notably, my vision has become clearer. My 13-year-old son also takes them. Even though the jar suggests two a day, we take one during or after meals. I highly recommend them!

Noticeable vision improvement
I see better! I initially took these for the prevention of vascular diseases, but my vision noticeably improved. This has been the most remarkable effect on my health from Omega. My hair and skin have improved too. I bought a few more containers for my parents, as we take them as a family!

My eyesight improved! A year and a half ago, I experienced severe pain leading to hospitalisation and a diagnosis of urolithiasis, after which my vision dropped sharply. Best omega 3 I have tried! Results: improved vision after three weeks. I tried Nau food omega, which had zero effect. I always take my dosage of two capsules per day. Just take it and don’t hesitate.
